They didn't answer messages and the phone number was unreachable when we arrived, so we couldn’t be accommodated. Exhausted from travel, I had to find another hotel, which was a terrible experience.

“Not recommended!”

I was very disappointed. The hotel advertised rooms with a TV, Wi‑Fi, and a private toilet, but none were in the room I got. The air‑conditioning barely worked. The shared toilet was visibly unclean. There was a hole in the floor, raising safety concerns and showing poor condition. Customer service was unsatisfactory, offering unbelievable excuses to hide internal communication problems. My security deposit wasn’t refunded and no clear explanation was given. I had booked two nights but could only stay one due to an emergency. I was shocked to be charged extra fees for my 11‑year‑old and 1‑year‑old children, especially given the room’s state and overall experience. Considering the price for two nights plus the unrefunded deposit, the accommodation was overpriced and failed basic standards of cleanliness, comfort, safety, and honesty. I would not recommend this property.

“Bad trip, Never again!”

I had been there before, but different staff, backward step. Nothing to like. Double booked apparently, long time to book in. No tv, no wifi, no shower head, black inside sink hole. No toilet seat .Poor hot water.Around corner , off site offer. Lasted 1 day out of 5. Got $40 back from Booking. Com, thanks, and left complaint with customer service. More expensive than last year, with nothing to recommend,as I paid for 5 nights up front , completed only 1. Left early next morning
