The spot is right in the heart of old Batumi, and the flat is huge, cozy, and spotless. Host Angela is warm, chatty, and always on hand to help quickly. I’d highly recommend it for a few days in Batumi as a great price‑to‑quality pick. We didn’t mind it, but it’s a shame there’s no shower curtain, water splashes onto the floor, and the lighting feels a bit dim for such a big place—even on sunny days.

The host is the nicest woman I've met—really kind and upbeat. The bed and room were clean and everything worked fine.

Huge thanks to the host for quick, efficient communication. Thanks to her help, I was able to park my car easily. The room was very large; I had read reviews about the space before booking, and when I actually arrived, it turned out to be one of the biggest rooms I've ever stayed in. The layout is very roomy, and there's a balcony where you can sit and chat.
