The village was beautiful, the staff were kind and helpful—especially the animators who were a delight—food was good, and the nearby beach was gorgeous. The cappuccino and fruit juices were limited, the menu for small children was sparse, and the mattress and room cleanliness were poor (ants in the room, dust under the armchair, and cobwebs on the ceiling that had been there for years).

We loved the kids’ pool and all the family‑friendly touches; the vibe feels warm and welcoming. It’s just a two‑minute walk to a gorgeous beach and another beautiful one ten minutes away, and if you rent a car at the airport it takes about 50 minutes on good roads. There are several pools and plenty of lounge chairs, plus multiple dining spots with a long, convenient schedule. The food is tasty, always offering child‑friendly options, and they grill fresh meat and fish on the spot; there’s a wide array of salads and themed dinners. The only thing that could improve is the fruit selection—always the same few varieties—and the shower area in the room is built so that you can’t avoid splashing the floor.

The staff are lovely and the facilities and activities are great for families with kids. The beds and pillows were not very comfortable.

The staff overall are charming, especially the blue‑eyed, dark‑haired reception lady who was super attentive and professional. The slide area thrilled our little one—we wouldn’t take her away from there! And the coffee at the performance bar was incredible—had to mention it… We really enjoyed our stay there and would come back. For repeat. The only downside might be the heat in the restaurant.
