Chris was an excellent host. The room was lovely and clean, and the bed was very comfy. Breakfast was excellent. We had an early train back to England, so Chris gave us breakfast an hour earlier than scheduled to help us out.

The breakfast was good and the staff were friendly, but there isn’t much to walk around to nearby.

The location of the place, the owner’s friendliness, the breakfast, the layout of the room and the beauty of the surroundings all stood out.

The rooms were spacious and well‑maintained, and the house has a nice old‑world feel, but there’s no place to dry bikes and the breakfast isn’t very extensive.

The welcome was superb, the venue and rooms are gorgeous, spotless, the breakfast is hearty, the place is quiet, and the host is kind, present, helpful and attentive; we’ll definitely come back.
