Do not book this hotel – they claim they’re not listed, so it’s either a false listing or a scam. They refused the booking and insisted they weren’t listed even after I showed proof. They offered no help or understanding that we had already paid. When I paid again for a room, the sheets were dirty and there was no toilet roll.
