We stayed at the resort for 3 days. The place itself is beautiful and well‑maintained, and our room was clean upon arrival, which we appreciated. However, there were several issues that affected our stay. The website advertised free Wi‑Fi, but unfortunately, their router was not working, and we had no internet connection for the entire duration of our visit. The food was also quite expensive compared to what was offered, which led us to order food through Grab so we could save on costs. Inside the room, the bidet was leaking, which was inconvenient. The door seemed old and difficult to handle, and we could hear neighbors struggling to close theirs, with loud banging noises that were quite disruptive. The noise was strong enough to startle our 8‑month‑old baby. Additionally, only one roll of toilet paper was provided for our entire stay, which was not sufficient. Overall, while the resort has a nice atmosphere and clean rooms, improvements in maintenance, amenities, and pricing would make the experience much better.

The guesthouse is pleasant and set in a lovely environment, with a beautifully landscaped garden featuring palm trees, a large pool with clean water and varying depths, and a small waterfall. The restaurant offers a wide selection of good food and drinks, both alcoholic and non‑alcoholic. You can rent scooters directly at the hotel for a reasonable price, and arranging a trip or airport transfer is reliable (we went on a trip at 6:00 am, the driver was waiting on site then, and we left at 5:00 am with the driver there 10 minutes early). The restaurant staff and reception were helpful and pleasant. However, the experience was marred by a few small issues: a broken kettle in the room almost scalded us; we had to request cleaning at reception because the door handle tag was insufficient; the hairdryer didn’t work; the hose at the toilet shower leaked, requiring us to turn off the water to avoid a wet bathroom; the shower gel and shampoo were low quality and scarce, forcing us to buy our own. Regarding the trip, be aware that they’ll show a low price but then add an “environmental fee” at the departure point, an entrance fee upon arrival on the island, and a parking fee for the boat; this information should be disclosed upfront so the final cost is clear.

I stayed close to the airport and a small shop nearby. Inside there’s a pool, a beautiful garden, and a restaurant that serves food and drinks. The receptionist, the restaurant staff, and everyone else were great and friendly. I recommend a tour around the island; it’s stunning. Nothing to complain about.
