“expensive price”
I recently stayed at the Comfort Inn Ocean City boardwalk; overall the rooms were clean and decent, but a bit more work or minor updates would help. I felt a little sad because hotel security is very good; my main complaint is that the breakfast area is very small and gets cramped quickly, so I strongly suggest management redesign the dining area to give guests more space – it’s a nice place to stay but expanding that area would make it much better. The request issue was resolved quickly by an employee, no long wait.
Nice location, but the carpet had obvious stains that made the room feel less fresh.
The room was clean, the bathroom clean (not immaculate but clean), it had a beautiful sea view, the breakfast was very good, the service was good, but the carpets smelled very bad, it needs maintenance, the room smelled fine but outside it smelled awful. And the price really seemed expensive for what I expected, I wanted something better.
The staff were super friendly, the room was exceptionally clean, the location was perfect, and I genuinely can’t say enough good things about this hotel!

The spot is great and the place stays spotless, but pulling a luggage cart in and out of the second building was a nightmare—narrow ramp, sharp turns, and a strong mold smell in that lobby made it hard to move around.
