The location was good, just a short walk from the hotel, and the breakfast was decent. The TV in the room was just for decoration and didn’t work; according to the hotel’s materials, all food is sourced locally, and the dinner prices match that, but after we had the stuffed dumplings that were as hard as stone, the staff told us the dumplings were already done. Overall, the price‑to‑service ratio didn’t fit; a few rooms were occupied and the dinner service was slow, and communication was a bit sluggish.

“Sauber, freundlich, familiär, tolle Lage”

Breakfast was tasty with something for everyone, and dinner impressed us with excellent local cuisine. The hotel doesn’t look upscale at first glance, which gave me doubts initially, but they vanished on the first evening. It was our first visit to the Czech Republic and we’d gladly return. We arrived after a traffic jam and couldn’t check in until after 7 pm, but that wasn’t a problem and we even received a delicious potato soup. Our car couldn’t make the hill; the snow chains broke and it was already late, so we were very grateful for the helpful assistance. The hotel was extremely clean; although some furniture showed its age, the overall cleanliness made us feel very comfortable—something we hadn’t experienced elsewhere. Situated right on the ski slope, it was ideal for beginners; our little kids could sled right at the hotel while the older ones learned to ski. In the evenings the older children played billiards or carom, and the games corner in the dining room was very handy. I can highly recommend this clean, friendly, family‑oriented hotel. The only drawback was the TV, which either had no signal or didn’t work at all, but everything else was great.

I loved the feel of this place - the rooms are nicely done, the breakfast buffet was good, and the atmosphere was really pleasant. Plus, it's hilarious to watch the animals roaming around, and being right in the woods is a big plus for nature lovers. It's also a great base for hiking trips.

“Bezva dovolená :-)”

We spent a wonderful part of our spring break here with my 3-year-old daughter and we both left feeling totally thrilled. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with nice touches like a drying rack and shoe rack. They even lent us a little stool for my daughter to use at the sink, which was a great relief - no need to pack extra gear for our holiday. Everywhere was clean, warm, and quiet, with super comfy beds.
