The hotel boasts a warm atmosphere, a generous buffet breakfast, and a small gym. Rooms feature flat-screen TVs, mini fridges, and classic or modern decor. The Colosseum is just 2 metro stops away, with excellent public transport links to Rome's airports.

The rooms were clean, the breakfast was plentiful and varied, and it was a 15‑minute walk from Rome’s historic centre with plenty of restaurants nearby for dinner. We were a couple plus two teenagers sharing a quadruple room; although the booking confirmed one double and two singles, the room actually had two double beds.

The buffet breakfast was decent overall, with a good selection, though the scrambled eggs were tough, even though they came from a premium source. I was disappointed that the hotel advertised a shuttle to the airport but didn’t mention it had to be paid for in cash, which I didn’t expect. We ended up taking a taxi and wondered how much extra we were charged. This was our first and likely only time in Italy, and we felt tourists were taken advantage of. I would have liked a second dinner option; the restaurant was fine and within walking distance, but more choices would have been appreciated.

I chose this place mainly because it’s right next to the train station, and the staff were friendly while the rooms were comfortable, so I’d definitely come back.

Breakfast was nothing special and I wasn't overly happy about it; it wasn't a buffet. The rooftop was literally a hallway.
