I only had a decent shower, everything else felt like a sea of disappointment. I couldn't figure out how the hotel was supposed to survive; the receptionist seemed inexperienced, charged a low room rate, then demanded extra payment, and then seemed terrified that customers would leave for a massage. The hotel towels were already worn out. Cleanliness was outright awful—no bathroom, filthy. I couldn't even say all this out loud. It was a bitter experience.
The air conditioning is slow and doesn’t feel very effective.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location was great. The room we stayed in was quite large, which is always a plus. I do have doubts about its cleanliness; I was bitten by bugs even though the room was cleaned twice, and there were also some cockroaches.
