“The room was outdated and dirty!”
The hotel itself and amenities were great. We loved the tiki bar. The room was terrible! It was not worth the money at all! It was not clean. The toilet was not attached to the floor. There was no trash can in the bathroom. The closest were dirty. The kitchen is outdated and not clean. The stove top burners did not sit right. The silverware drawer was dirty. The curtain to the balcony did not close properly and there were no room darkeners. The bed was falling apart and made a ton of noise. All in all we were very disappointed in our room! We wanted to extend our stay and got a different room through another realtor and that room 1011 was the same price as our original. It was a total upgrade with a bedroom and fully remodeled! Someone from the realtor needs to go see room 809 and make some serious changes!!

I was really looking forward to my stay, but unfortunately, it didn't quite live up to my expectations. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the city, and the amenities are top-notch, with a great pool and gym. The room itself was a good size, and there were plenty of towels and linens provided. However, the hot water in the shower was a major letdown - it just couldn't seem to stay hot long enough to get me clean.
