The staff are friendly. However, there was no electricity and no hot shower.
The person at the generators tried to bill me extra for checking out at 11am, yet there was no power at all.

The hotel staff seemed woefully unprepared for my booking, failing to ensure that everything was working properly. Upon arrival, I discovered that the fans weren't functioning and there were no light bulbs for the bedside lamps, which made for a rather inconvenient stay. Needless to say, I was expecting a lot more from the staff in terms of preparation and attention to detail.
The room was very quiet and clean, but it was extremely cold; they should invest in an electric blanket, heater, or bedside table.
