Only the location was decent. Unfortunately, the room was in an unacceptable condition upon arrival—dust everywhere and an unpleasant smell from the bathroom drain. Even after a specifically requested re‑cleaning, dust remained obvious, and only the obvious surfaces were wiped lightly. The furnishings were worn: the desk wobbled, the heater was noisy, the TV was hanging under the ceiling, the microwave and kettle were on a too‑high shelf, and the minibar was on the floor. The label “Comfort‑Single Room” does not match the actual state. I expect a hotel room to be clean, hygienic, and well equipped when I arrive, and these basic expectations were not met, making the experience very disappointing, especially the lack of cleanliness and poor furnishings.
