The staff were great and the poolside was lovely. Breakfast was okay and the rooms were nice, but it was a bit out of the way.

To begin with, the 24-hour reception is a great convenience; we arrived very late, yet the check-in process went smoothly. On the first night, we were initially put in a completely different room—it was smaller, and both the bathroom and the room itself were clearly not what we had booked. We were exhausted that night, so we mentioned the issue the next morning; without any hassle, they immediately moved us to the room that was actually supposed to be ours. I am very pleased with the staff. I also particularly liked the pool area; it wasn't noisy, allowing for a peaceful rest, and both the water and the surrounding area were very clean.I really liked the Taxi service; it is very convenient, especially for those who are using it for the first time and don't know how to place an order—they help you with everything

The hotel was clean, the staff friendly, the rooms and bathrooms spacious, and the building modern and new. The coffee was good.

Breakfast was excellent, the coffee was tasty, the beds comfortable, the room large and relatively clean for Ibiza standards. The pool was nice and the beds were good, though not brand‑new. The room had a fridge. Overall, a very friendly place. The photos show modern loungers by the pool that aren’t used, and the view from the windows supposedly looks out to the sea but actually shows a mess on a neighboring plot and only then the sea.

It’s quiet, with several shops and restaurants nearby, and the beach is right in front. It’s close to Santo Antônio, but far from Ibiza’s party city, which is great if you don’t like the party noise.
