The apartment itself was newly renovated, spacious and functional, and the bathroom was spotless. The fridge stocked drinks and water for free, and snacks were available. The owner was extremely friendly, gave us useful tips for exploring the city, and even let us park our car right in front of his box. The location is great for visiting Neapolis. However, the building that houses the apartment is unfortunately run‑down and shabby, just like the rest of the neighbourhood.

Claudio was always courteous and helpful, offering great advice. The location is fantastic, right in front of the archaeological area and only a few kilometres from Ortigia.

The owner was very kind and welcoming. The room was immaculate, fragrant, and well furnished with all comforts: a coffee machine, a mini‑fridge stocked with yogurt, juices, water, fruit, and plenty of snacks. Breakfast at the bar was excellent, and the staff were very friendly. The mattress could be improved, but everything else was very satisfactory.
