I was utterly disappointed with this resort; the room, cleanliness, and overall service fell short of what I expected, and the facilities and hospitality didn't justify the price I paid. The stay was uncomfortable, and I would hesitate to recommend it to anyone. The service and cleanliness were poor, making the experience not worth the money, and I hope management steps up to improve the quality of service.

I had a very bad experience during my stay at this resort. The overall experience was disappointing, and the quality of service did not meet my expectations. The cleanliness, facilities, and hospitality were not satisfactory. The staff and overall management need significant improvement. The stay was uncomfortable and certainly not worth the money paid. I expected a much better experience, but unfortunately, it turned out to be a complete disappointment. I would not recommend this hotel to others, and I would not choose to stay here again. Very disappointing stay. Poor service, unsatisfactory cleanliness, and an uncomfortable experience. Not worth the money. Would not recommend this hotel

The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and they even supplied an extra bed on request, which was also comfortable. Parking was ample, and the individual cottages were surrounded by greenery. The property is well maintained, and there are plenty of indoor and outdoor games available, so we had a great time with our family. We had a car, so we didn't struggle to get to the cottages from the gate, but the path can become very muddy and slippery during rains, which would be hard for guests without their own vehicle.
