The design and interior were beautiful, the distance to the beach was good, the breakfast buffet and the pool were nice, the rooms were pleasant, there were few squeaky hotel doors, and the wellness area was good. The noise from young children at breakfast was annoying.

We liked the accommodation. The outdoor pool was too small compared to the size of the property, and its overall condition was unsatisfactory. There was no gym in the complex. The wooden outdoor walkways were in very bad condition and even potentially dangerous.

The hotel is ideally located in the dunes of the Atlantic, all staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly, and the food quality is excellent.

We really liked the hotel's location near the beach and the variety of activities available. We were accompanied by two babies, 5 and 12 months old, and we think the hotel is an excellent destination for families with babies, providing a pleasant and welcoming environment. For older children, there is also a wide range of activities, which makes the stay even more fun for the whole family. We especially loved the skate pump track. The spa was also very nice, as was breakfast. We also highlighted the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff, who were always very helpful. The facilities were quite pleasant and contributed to a very positive family experience. Unfortunately, the presence of many flies, both at dinner and breakfast, greatly spoiled our stay. On the arrival day, we dined at the hotel and spent the entire meal fighting flies, which were huge in the indoor table area, making the experience extremely uncomfortable. The situation was even worse during breakfast. There were huge flies literally landing on the exposed food at the buffet. It was a disgusting and completely unacceptable situation, especially considering the price we paid for the stay. We find it very concerning that no effective measures are taken to control this situation, especially when, according to one staff member, it is a recurring issue at this time of year. This situation ruined our experience entirely and left us quite upset. It is a pity, because the facilities are very pleasant, the location is excellent, and the hotel has many strengths. However, the lack of control over this issue makes us seriously reconsider whether we will stay at the hotel again.
