The property is huge, the staff are wonderful, the room was clean, and the pool was nice.

Location and quiet setting. Our suite had a very nice set up for our large family. Pool water was a little cold. One of our air conditioners in the rooms had a condensate leak that made the carpet wet with a musty smell

The location was good, but they told me they would charge $50 for incidentals, yet I had a pending charge of $250 that overdrawn my credit card—super annoying and insane. I’ve filled up at the pump many times and it usually only adds about $100. $250 is outrageous. I know it will eventually return to my card, but it feels unprofessional and unconventional.
