“Perfeita, voltaria com certeza”
New beds with thermal mattresses, a fireplace, a whirlpool tub, and excellent showers. Everything was perfect.

The bed was comfy, but the shower was a nightmare. The room smelled like sewage, had no closet, and a leaking tap that nobody fixed. Breakfast was a mess – no staff to help us. And we were surprised to find a $50 fee for firewood that nobody mentioned.

Check‑in and check‑out were smooth, staff were attentive and polite. The location was a bit inconvenient, and the rooms, breakfast and service were not up to the same standard.

Breakfast was amazing – fresh fruit, juices, breads, cakes, all top quality. The rooms were great and the staff were friendly and courteous. We even got a ring we left behind, and they called us to tell us it was safe. Overall, a solid stay.
