“Horrible! Will never ever stay here again!!! Be better off sleeping in my car.”

The staff was friendly. Beds were comfy. But that’s it!!!. The 1st room they gave us we had to be moved because 1000s of Fleas were attacking us as soon as we walked in our room and it smelled like dog pee BAD! Once moved to another room there was no towels, the ceiling in the bathroom was falling, the shampoo dispensers were broken, the tub was backing up with water while taking a shower, the elevators were broken so had to take the stairs, and then another room on our same floor flooded because their kitchen had no plumbing and water from the sink went all over their room…. Also not sure what was wrong with another guys room but he was demanding a refund as soon as I was checking in due to issues with his room to. So I do not recommend this hotel at all

Tenia una recervacion el 26 de septiembre 2026 y al llegar me dijeron que aunque tenia una recerva ya no tenian cuarto para mi y tanpoco me devolvieron el dinero

Not a thing! They canceled my reservation 2 hours before checkin, and they canceled my reservation 2 hours before checkin.

I was handed the keys 40 minutes after I arrived, so I don't recommend it.

The place had a kitchen, but the room felt like someone just left it; there was a used razor in the shower, no towels upon arrival, and the smart TVs were either not smart or heavily restricted—screen mirroring didn’t work, and the photos were misleading.
