The room was spacious and comfortable. It’s a bit far from the city centre.

The location is very convenient relative to Kyoto Station, just a 15‑minute walk. We stayed for two nights, and for a short stay it could work. The place was fairly clean. The bed was quite comfortable. Check‑in at reception was simple. A kettle and a fridge are always handy. The bathroom was okay. The Wi‑Fi didn’t work and the outlets near the bed didn’t either. The mosquito net was in poor condition, falling off each time we opened and closed it. When we left the window closed, a musty smell lingered when we returned. The cylindrical pillow was worn and gave a bad impression. Overall, the structure isn’t bad.
