“Very satisfying and relaxing! I will definitely stay there again.”
The property was spotless, the staff friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was excellent with omelets, waffles, coffee, juices, etc.; the indoor pool and hot tub were well maintained, and the location is just across the street from a grocery store, coffee shop, and Subway, with Pullman, WA 15 minutes away. However, there was no Netflix access.

Nothing. Says pet friendly. I check in and am told if my dogs bark the front desk will hear about it because I am in a room right next to on site hotel manager. My dogs are not barkers but dogs do bark. It was. almost hostile in representation. No elevator. No dogs alone in room. How does one get 4 trips of supplies, 2 dogs up 2 flights of stairs without leaving the dogs in a room or a hot car? Couldn’t access breakfast without rubbing up on someone as room is so small. The external garbage cans were disgusting and leaking so when you walk in it’s through a trail of garbage slime and a bunch of flies

Everything was fantastic, especially the excellent continental breakfast, which was a pleasant surprise. The hotel was simply the best.
When I arrived late, there was no parking available, which was disappointing.

Breakfast was great, especially the made‑to‑order omelets, but the woman making them seemed unfriendly toward first‑time guests who didn’t know the ordering process; a bit more patience and a quick explanation would have made the experience feel warmer. No other issues.
