The location is good. There's little fresh air, the rooms are dark, breakfast is adequate but the selection of sandwiches and fresh yogurt is sparse.

The accommodation is well‑situated for exploring the area, very pretty and welcoming, clean and well‑maintained, staff are friendly and attentive, breakfast is quite good. However, the rooms could use some updating; the TVs are old, the beds are uncomfortable and the springs hit your back. We chose it partly because of the dinner option, which was convenient in a tiny town that offers nothing else; a month before arrival we were told via WhatsApp that the service was no longer available, which felt bad. The rooms weren’t cleaned daily and we only had them for 2 of the 4 days.

The tiny agriturismo in a small village has everything you need; Caterina and her family are super helpful and friendly, making us feel at home. The property is amazing, with a pool, small houses as rooms, and a homemade dinner option. The surrounding landscape is dreamy and feels very luxurious. Pienza, Siena, Montepulciano and others are all a 30‑45 minute drive away, so the Tuscan countryside location is excellent. I would definitely recommend it and stay again! The only note is that if you’re prone to mosquito bites, bring plenty of repellent and gels.
