The location was excellent, just meters from the amphitheater, and the check‑in was smooth—after I asked for the instructions, they were sent in under ten minutes. The room was super comfortable, exactly as pictured. Nothing to complain about.

The spot was unbeatable—right next to the old town and within walking distance of every historic church, and the terrace with its two sun loungers was a real perk. The only downside was the climb: the exclusive suite sat up a very narrow, steep flight of stairs, but that didn’t bother us.

The spot was good, but the staff showed almost no willingness to fix a service that was advertised but no longer available, which was a real disappointment and showed a lack of customer care.

The place was great in Lecce, close to everything in the historic center, and the room, up some stairs, had its own terrace. The shower worked well, and the room was bright and lovely with a terrace view.

The location was perfect, but the place was very noisy, with street noise and other rooms disturbing us.
