“It was a quick visit and I hope my concerns can be rectified for the next visitor”
The staff were lovely and the location was great, yet the air‑conditioning in our room didn’t work—a known problem that was very disappointing—one twin bed felt like a plank while the other had a comfy mattress topper, so I had the most uncomfortable sleep in a long time (especially since we only arrived at 2.30am), and the discomfort could have been avoided even though this wasn’t a cheap stay.
