The Zen garden and the residence where you have breakfast are amazing and peaceful; it’s a monastery with a very spiritual vibe, and the outdoor seating overlooking the ocean is perfect for mornings. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, with a large balcony overlooking the pool. However, the apartments are a 5‑8 minute walk to the Zen garden and monastery, which wasn’t clear when booking; they do offer a buggy for transport if needed. Also, the apartments are close to a main road, so there is some traffic noise all night.

My stay at this resort was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The hospitality was top-notch, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We were greeted with tea and check-in was done in a serene meditation area, which set the tone for our stay. The room was lovely, and we appreciated the cooking equipment and balcony access to the public pool. The breakfast was delicious, and the vegetarian spread was impressive.

My stay at this resort was a mixed bag. On the positive side, the cleaning staff were friendly and did a great job keeping our room clean. However, the check-in procedure was weird, and our room was located near the main road, which was noisy. The restaurant, Nếp, was also a letdown, and the expat compound felt dreary. Despite these issues, I would recommend this resort for its friendly cleaning staff and potential for improvement.

I'm torn about my stay at this resort. On the one hand, the rooms were very clean and spacious, which was a major plus. However, the staffing was extremely odd, and we felt like we were being watched or stared at all the time. The checkout process was also uncomfortable, with staff searching our room like we were leaving a restricted country. Despite these issues, the compound was nice, and we appreciated the private residential feel.
