I didn't like anything. The electricity is saved, but even after guests leave the air conditioner remains off. Calling it back takes half an hour to reactivate. On the 5th floor there's no elevator; when I asked the owner to turn on the AC, he told me to walk down and that the owner would handle it.

The quality of the stay matches the price. The room and bathroom are clean, equipped with air conditioning and a fridge. The building is cozy, no elevator. During our stay, the stairwell was under renovation, which is a plus because it shows the owners care about improving comfort. The location is good. Improvements are needed in guest stay organization. In our opinion, during our stay there were free rooms on a lower floor than ours, and we had large suitcases that I had to carry up the stairs myself. The owners speak English very poorly.

Very convenient for travel, close to dining spots. There is no air‑conditioning control, the fan is broken, the temperature is off, and at night you can't go outside.

The hotel sits nicely away from the busy avenue, so there's no noise at all, and the restaurant is nearby. The staff were very kind, even calling a taxi for us and waiting with us until the vehicle arrived. They’re all lovely people.

The owners were friendly, the rooms were simple and basic, and everything had a slightly old‑school vibe, but that was fine. The mattress was very firm, which might be an issue for some, but it didn’t bother me.
