Come gli ospiti valutano la struttura, aspetto per aspetto.
The room had air conditioning, but the area felt unsafe with many people smoking psychoactive substances. Kitchen tools were greasy, the fridge had stains that needed washing, and the landlord was impersonal and never responded to our requests. I also asked for photos of the place via the app and never received them. I would not stay here again.

Very clean , never noisy

The location is convenient and close to public transport, BMO for concerts, and Crypto. I liked that the room had a private bathroom and controllable air conditioning. Unlike many places that force a single temperature, they offered portable AC units so each room could set its own comfort level. They were also very accommodating by letting us store luggage after check‑out since we stayed until after 6 pm. The hosts were excellent, even though I never met them in person; they made everything simple and easy. The only complaint is that the beds were not very comfortable; the mattress springs made sleeping hard at times. Still, the value of the room justified the price and I’d consider renting again. My suggestion would be to add a memory‑foam layer under the mattress cover to prevent the springs from digging into guests.

The bus stop was close, but the shower didn’t work so we had to improvise by using the tub faucet. I raised this issue, but the staff shrugged it off and didn’t believe me. One day another occupant was fighting; I told the owner, but received no reply and no sense of safety or assurance.

Everything was awful. The place didn’t match its pictures at all, was disgusting, with stains on walls and sheets. Doors were loose and didn’t shut properly. The bathroom was filthy. I couldn’t stay even for a night and left in the middle of the night.
