The place was nice overall, but it was pricey, and the bed was far too soft for my liking.

The location was great, and there were no other issues.

The hotel’s proximity to the airport was convenient and the shuttle ran every 30 minutes, yet the room I stayed in had a mildew smell that made me sick after just one night; the carpet was dirty and needed cleaning, and the beds were hard and uncomfortable, so I wouldn’t return and felt it was a total waste of money.

The staff were the only positive aspect, while the hotel itself was in disrepair and filthy; rooms on the 9th floor were scorching, so we moved to the 8th floor where it was cooler but still required a box fan, and both rooms were dusty; the mini‑fridges failed to keep water cold; we also discovered sex toys and needle fragments in the pool area and reported it to staff; only one elevator worked, with the other having been out of service for a long time; we repeatedly told staff the hotel was rundown; a severe storm caused the roof to leak, flooding the dining area and forcing the night‑time restaurant to close; only Kerry, one bartender, knew how to make drinks or what was in stock; and the restaurant ran short on menu items, with deliveries missing both breakfast and dinner.
