The location was just a few blocks from the work meeting spot. However, there were no curtains, no toilet paper, no soap or shampoo, and I found hair on the sheets when I arrived.

Nothing at all, scam, filthy apartment. The place was dirty, smelled of drugs everywhere, didn’t match the photos, catastrophic—do not recommend.

I was lucky to find this spot on a day when Rome had no other options, and finding it wasn’t hard; the staff responded quickly and without hassle, and the terrace is lovely. I stayed only one night, so I can’t say much beyond four points: the most important is cleanliness—hair on the bed, I didn’t notice until late at night that I was sleeping on it, and the bedding didn’t look washed. There was trash in the drawers and lint in several places due to lack of cleaning. The second bed was quite saggy. The only amenities were towels and toilet paper; there was no soap. I understand that at this price many places cut corners, but the most critical things are a clean bed and a comfortable mattress. I wish they could improve. I couldn’t tell the owner because it was late and I just wanted to rest, not think about the unwashed sheets.

The hygiene was awful, and the owner’s behavior was terrible.

The room is below legal size limits (6 m²), essentially a storage space. The photos and description from the booking were completely misleading. The bed wasn’t a French bed but a shabby sofa bed. The service and support from the staff were zero. It felt like sleeping on a clothes‑iron rod. We do not recommend.
