Nothing good; hygiene was the worst, not even “h” (??). Cleanliness was terrible: the bed sheet smelled, the towel was smelly, and the pillow had a stain.

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. I had to change my room twice because the rooms were not clean and the ACs were not working properly. Because of the poor AC, my family and I, including my 10-month-old baby, had to stay in a very hot and uncomfortable room. The staff later cooperated and changed our room, and I appreciate their help with that. The towels were old, and the bedsheets and pillows were also not as clean as expected. The room service was poor, and I had to remind the staff several times to provide the services I had already paid for. The hotel also did not accept credit cards, which was very inconvenient. At checkout, the front desk staff told me that I would receive my invoice online. However, even after several follow-up requests, I still have not received it

The only thing that worked for me was the location, which was decent for my work trip, but everything else fell short of what I expected. Check‑in was a mess, and I was hit with an extra ₹500 charge at the front desk. There was no water at all during my stay, which is totally unacceptable. The place looked nothing like the online photos, and the facilities and service were far below the rating.
