I recently stayed at a brand-new hotel that truly impressed me with its cleanliness and exceptional staff support. However, I did find the elevator to be a bit cramped, which was a minor inconvenience. Overall, the hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways, but there's definitely room for improvement in terms of elevator size.

Unfortunately, the complimentary breakfast was not served, which was a disappointment. On the other hand, the service was excellent, and I appreciated the hotel's efforts to make my stay as comfortable as possible.
