Clean, cozy, and the staff were friendly.
The terrace was a highlight, and the room itself was spacious and comfortable. But it was a shame there was no kettle or two mugs for coffee, and the lighting in the lounge was pretty dim.
The receptionist refused to make us coffee at 5 am, even though she was open from 7 am. It was a rude and inconvenient start to the day.
Everything was a mess. The place felt like a disaster zone from the moment I walked in. No clean surfaces, broken fixtures, and the staff seemed clueless. I left feeling disappointed and frustrated.
