The staff were unhelpful, and the first night I couldn't sleep because the air conditioner in my room was noisy; I didn't realize it was the AC until I told the front desk guy, who didn't change my room. I stayed 4‑5 nights and I'm sure they could have moved me at some point but they didn't. After that first night, my room wasn't cleaned and the front desk person even made my bed, but no sweeping was done to remove beach sand from the floor. These issues made my stay uncomfortable and I regretted staying there. When a guest is uncomfortable, the minimum expectation is a room change, not the excuse that the hotel was full—especially when I could see it wasn't true. It's a lifeless inn, somewhat remote, with a dirt road to the final stretch. I wouldn't stay there again. I only saw three people working: two in the kitchen and one at reception, and aside from the kitchen manager, the other two had a poor attitude toward guests. If I pay, I expect basic courtesy and friendliness. I received an email after writing this that my reservation was cancelled, even though I had already stayed. It seems like an attempt to suppress my review. I hope everyone reads how this place behaves. Totally not recommended. I edited my review to the lowest score and wrote politely asking why my reservation was cancelled after I stayed, but they deleted all my messages. Don't stay here.

The cleanliness, breakfast, and location were all excellent, and there was nothing to complain about.

“A pousada tem um ótimo custo benefício, acho que vale super a pena.”

The inn has an amazing location, the breakfast is delicious, and the room is very spacious. The room seemed a bit different from the listing photos, but nothing that caused me any inconvenience; I think they assigned us a different room due to the weekend crowd. Also, we didn't notice the towel and sheet exchange rules.
