the service is top-notch, especially at breakfast - it's amazing!

“At the budget amount we paid, just ok. Don’t expect high end facilities or services.”
The place is in a good spot, but the bathrooms need maintenance; tiles are broken in some spots and need replacing. We ordered water to the room at night and it never arrived.

The staff were very good and humble, but the place could use a bit more cleaning.
“Very poor stay. We shall not be returning to this property.”
1. The air conditioner in both of our rooms stopped working after a power cut; we tried to restart it but failed. We reported it to the front desk, who promised an electrician would come, but nobody did, and this happened at 7 am. 2. Around 5 am the room phone began beeping because a previous guest had set an alarm that the hotel staff had not removed, ruining our morning.
