The location was perfect, right opposite Icon Park, and our family room on the 5th floor was spacious with three TVs and two bathrooms. The basic kitchen had a large fridge and freezer, and the hotel was quiet. However, some communal areas, like the lifts, were not swept or mopped and felt mucky throughout our 10‑day stay. We rarely saw staff around, and the coffee bar operated for limited hours. Dust was on the high shelves of our bedroom when we arrived, and the dishwasher didn’t work well, so we washed pots by hand. Daily housekeeping would have helped with trash, fresh towels, and sheet changes, and there was no kettle for tea.

The location was unbeatable—just a few minutes’ drive from Universal Studios and not far from Disney World, right outside Icon Park and within walking distance of many restaurants. The swimming pool and spa area were nice and we used them a few times during the week we stayed, which was a great value. Our two‑room apartment was clean and spacious, giving our teenage kid his own room with a bathroom and toilet. The kitchenette allowed for basic cooking and shopping. The only downside was that breakfast wasn’t offered, the kitchenette was very basic, had some stove issues, and there was only one pan and a small pot for cooking.

The location was superb, right across the road from Icon Park with a trolley stop outside. Each bedroom had its own bathroom, the living area was spacious, and the pool was nice to relax in. The staff were great, and late checkout plus luggage storage were very welcome. The mini‑market prices were a bit steep.
