Located on a cliff overlooking the ocean, Rockwater Secret Cove Resort offers sweeping views, a full spa, and fine dining at its on-site restaurant. Most rooms feature private terraces, while all units include free toiletries, small fridges, and tea/coffee facilities. The resort is 2.5 hours from Vancouver city centre and 5 minutes from Secret Cove, with Smuggler Cove Marine Provincial Park nearby.

Beautiful location. The comfortable room in the main building offered a lovely view. Dinner in the dining room was wonderful, thanks to great staff. In the morning, footsteps from the room above were noisy, and the shower curtain was somewhat useless because it hung over the floor, making the floor wet quickly.

The property sits in a beautiful spot with stunning views from the tent cabins and from our lodge room. The beds are comfortable and the restaurant food is delicious. The staff are extremely friendly, helpful, and ready to accommodate you in any way. The lodge rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable, and I liked having a fridge and microwave. The tent cabins weren’t as clean as I’d prefer for the price: my towel had a hole and my sheets had stains, though I’m sure they were fresh and clean. The fan above the bed could have been dusted, but that’s fine. Minor issues: there was no microwave or spoons for my morning coffee, but the staff were excellent at providing items and helping with anything I needed.

A very comfortable hotel, a timeless break. The family suite has two lovely rooms. The restaurant is very good, the pool is pleasant, and you can canoe there. The only drawback: the family suite is on the ground floor and guests leaving the terrace pass by the window, which has only blackout curtains, so there is no natural light if you don’t want to be seen.
