“Probably won't return”

The location was fantastic. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Having 3 single beds was great for us. The shower had mould. The bathroom counter was damaged. The shower and basin soap dispensers had orange soap scum near metal holders. The window view wasnt great. The room was EXTREMELY SMALL, especially for 3 people and how much we paid! We booked for 3 people and there were only 2 towels when we arrived

Finding the lifts from Collins Street to Southern Cross Station was a relief after a tough stair climb, and the breakfast was excellent; the area was calm enough to work well, though navigating the property from Collins Street proved difficult.

“Close and Handy.”

I love how close it is to Southern Cross train station, the breakfast is great, and the staff are absolutely awesome; I just wasn’t sure how to use the air‑conditioning unit and should have asked.

The location fit our plans perfectly, but the bathroom felt a bit outdated.
