I had a horrible stay – the building was falling apart, they still call it a pousada, dogs were barking everywhere, and breakfast was weak, served in a basket.

The place offers good privacy, but the lack of ventilation made it stuffy.

The location is great, close to attractions and the view of the mountains is real if you look up, breakfast is decent, the room is cozy, the hanger is big but flimsy, and the TV works if you’re patient. But we booked a private bathroom and got a shared one, the staff seemed new and we waited 15 minutes for confirmation, the kids’ play area is dangerous with no railing, and at checkout no one was there to hand us the keys – overall a huge disappointment.

There was no security – the gate stayed open, the room door knob was broken, dogs barked constantly, the bathroom wasn’t private, and the parking was only for the owner. Plus the pillowcases were stained and looked poorly washed.
