The price‑quality ratio was incredible, right in front of the entrance of the thermal baths with all the necessary comforts, and the staff were extremely kind.

“Die Lage war prima. Das Hotel zwar älter, was aber nicht schlimm war. Außer dem schlechten Geruch.”

The location right in the old town was perfect. The room was spacious enough, but the "smell" probably came from the canal, was very annoying and unpleasant, and even after complaining it couldn't be removed. The air conditioning worked perfectly. Breakfast had enough quantity and variety, but the coffee machine was broken and cappuccino or milk coffee were not always available. The service at breakfast was lacking.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per due notti e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La posizione è ottima, proprio di fronte alle terme, e la presenza del parcheggio è davvero comoda. La nostra camera era spaziosa e ben attrezzata. Il bagno era un po' piccolino, ma comunque pulitito e dotato di tutto il necessario. Nota di merito per il letto, comodo, e per la biancheria, davvero impeccabile per pulizia. Buona anche la colazione!

“Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und waren sehr zufrieden!”

Sehr zentral und doch ruhig. Zimmer war in Ordnung. Alles sehr sauber. Frühstück sehr gut. Personal sehr hilfsbereit. Großes Danke an Ricardo. Er war der Beste. Hotel Luna ist empfehlenswert. Denke, nächstes Jahr kommen wir wieder!. Einziger Mangel, das Heißwasser im Badezimmer. Es war immer sehr heiß und schwer zu regeln
