The spot is incredibly handy—there’s a grocery store right opposite, several nice eateries nearby, and a short stroll gets you to شارع الرقة. Still, the nearby disco blared enough to disturb my sleep, and it would have helped if the hotel could have muffled the noise or relocated the club. All in all, it’s an okay place, but light sleepers might struggle.

The location was super convenient, just a stone's throw from the metro - that's a huge plus for me. However, I was a bit put off by the cleanliness, it didn't seem up to scratch. Overall, it's a trade-off, but if they sorted out the cleaning, I'd definitely consider staying here again.

I stayed here for a few nights and had a pretty mixed experience. The location is super convenient, right in the heart of everything, and my room was actually really nice - clean, comfy bed, all that jazz. But, the staff? Not so much. They seemed kinda overwhelmed or something, and it took forever to get anything done, like checking in or getting a towel.

I had a pretty crummy experience at this hotel - it was honestly pretty bad. On the plus side, I guess the hotel itself was decent, but someone keyed my car in the parking lot which was super frustrating. That kinda overshadowed anything positive I'd say about the place. Overall, it was a disappointing stay.

The hotel is really something else, I can see why most reviews rave about it - it's superb! The receptionist, I think her name was Mila (big thanks to her and another lady too), was great. Overall, I loved the place, it's amazing. One tiny issue I had was with the TV, I just couldn't get it to connect, but that's about it.
