Liberty Rome Suites - Liberty Collection

“Unser Aufenthalt war sehr enttäuschend, da das ungepflegte Kellerzimmer nicht der Beschreibung entsprach, wichtige Infor”

I never liked the place at all. The room was nothing like the description; no one told us before arrival that we’d be in a basement room. We stayed underground and the view from the window was just the feet of passing pedestrians—no real outlook. There was not even a decent blanket to cover ourselves, the walls were dirty, and the whole room looked very unkempt and unhygienic. We were deeply disappointed because it didn’t match the description at all. Only after we arrived did we learn that we’d have to share the kitchen with other residents, another detail that was omitted from the listing. I expected such important information to be clear in the description so we could make an informed decision before booking.

“地点还不错”

The location was good and close to all attractions, all within walking distance. The cleanliness was decent, and there was a kitchen available. Lots of restaurants and pubs nearby made dining convenient, and a supermarket was right next door. The room was a half-basement, so ventilation was poor and damp, but the air conditioner helped dehumidify. Self‑check‑in required WhatsApp, which was inconvenient if your phone can’t use it. My flight arrived at night after staff had left, so I had to ask someone else to go to the hotel in advance to get the self‑check‑in instructions.

The location and cleanliness were great. The bed was a bit uncomfortable and the bathroom was small.

“Geeignet für kurze Aufenthalte.”

Das Zimmer hatte ein gutes Preis‑Leistungsverhältnis, sehr freundliches Personal, die Lage war recht zentral, in Nähe der Vatikanstadt, aber die Zimmer waren relativ schlicht ausgestattet.
