The cleanliness of my room was a highlight of my stay, but unfortunately, the breakfast was a letdown.

My experience at the hotel was a nightmare from the start. The staff refused to let me in, despite my booking, and instead asked me to call the customer care. I spent an hour trying to contact them in the middle of the night, only to be told that I had to book another hotel. The whole ordeal left a bad taste in my mouth, and I would advise others to steer clear of this place.
