Come gli ospiti valutano la struttura, aspetto per aspetto.
We love the iconic reception lounge concept, and the service was fantastic, especially the quick turnaround when we asked for a last‑minute room change; thanks to the concierge team for their great advice and guidance, though the location, food, and services were also excellent.

The location is very convenient, but the water pressure was insufficient; the front desk staff mistakenly thought guests could check out at 12:00, giving us two room keys as a huge favor, then pushed mooncakes, which felt patronizing to guests.

The staff were very attentive and friendly, and the view was stunning, yet some people at the pool were allowed to wear street clothes and shoes.

Breakfast was out of this world, and the view from the dining area was breathtaking. The butler was spot‑on, making everything feel extra special.

Staying in this luxury skyscraper felt like living in a high‑rise hotel in Shanghai – top‑notch comfort and a view you can see from anywhere. The location is killer: MixC is a 10‑minute walk, Starbucks on the ground floor, and KKmall with Zeekr, Xiaomi, and a supermarket right across. The only gripe: breakfast tea and coffee are poured from big communal kettles – at this price you'd expect a personal kettle, especially since the room tea (TWG) is already great.
