Nothing. ⭐☆☆☆☆ — A CATASTROPHIC EXPERIENCE, ABSOLUTELY AVOID! I have never had such a disastrous stay at a hotel. If I could give zero stars, I would do it without hesitation! The staff are simply unacceptable: disrespectful, utterly unprofessional, and with no regard for guests. We pay to rest and have a quiet night, but here it’s the opposite! To top it off, staff took photos of trash bags containing intimate waste, which I find deeply humiliating, intrusive, and completely inappropriate. It’s unacceptable to treat guests that way. And if that wasn’t enough, an alarm rang for most of the night, disturbing guests and preventing me from sleeping properly. No rest, terrible fatigue, and an absolutely unacceptable experience. How can a hotel claim to exist without guaranteeing the minimum: calm and respect for guests? Finally, we were woken at 10 am after an already catastrophic night of sleeplessness. The lack of consideration is simply insane. Honestly, this place needs a complete overhaul: deplorable service, disrespectful staff, and no comfort. A hotel should be a place where you feel welcomed and respected, not a place where you leave exhausted, angry, and deeply disappointed. I strongly advise against this establishment for anyone looking for even a minimum of tranquility, respect, and professionalism. For me, this stay was a real nightmare and I will never set foot there again. Stay away!

I liked the location, close to public transport, fairly quiet, the terrace, and my dog was welcome even though we had to pay extra; the parking was fine. The fridge didn't work properly – everything we put in it froze – and because there was no air conditioning it got too hot when the sun shone.
