Come gli ospiti valutano la struttura, aspetto per aspetto.
My stay at this hotel was truly exceptional, thanks to the warm hospitality, prompt responsiveness, and high-quality food at the restaurant. The ambiance of the hotel was also impressive, and Mr. Haider at the reception went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The restaurant staff were equally impressive, being enthusiastic and attentive to my needs. Overall, it was a huge improvement from my previous experience at a different hotel.

I was thoroughly impressed with the hotel's location, which offered breathtaking views of Gangtok. However, my experience was slightly marred by the pool, which was not well-maintained and looked a bit dirty.

My stay at this hotel was pleasant, with clean rooms and courteous staff. However, the hotel's location was a bit of a drawback, being far from the city center and with exorbitant taxi charges to get to the main market.

The hotel's infrastructure was impressive, with good facilities and friendly staff. However, my stay was slightly marred by a broken toilet and the hotel's remote location, which made it difficult to get around.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, where everything exceeded my expectations. The staff were incredibly cooperative and made me feel right at home. The property itself was excellent in every way, making me feel like I was in a perfect home away from my own.
