1. The alarm clock is broken. 2. The jacuzzi has green water from the lake; it smells bad and the room keeps that odor. 3. The safe doesn’t work. 4. There are spiders all over the balcony and staff never clean it. 5. The room is tiny; they showed me another room and it was the same.

The area, beach, breakfast, restaurant, and terrace were great. The room lacks a kettle; the front desk offered one, but it’s useless if there’s no tea or coffee. The curtains are too thin, letting in street lights at night and the sun wakes you up at 6‑7 am. Oddly, the room has a bathtub instead of a shower, and it’s high enough that getting out is uncomfortable, especially with joint problems.

Thanks for the excellent service, nice room, and great breakfast. The pool is good, we swam and came back with a tan 👍🏻 Everything was wonderful! P.S. The husband loved the evening music program! The restaurant and chefs are awesome; we haven’t tasted better khachapuri. Thanks! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

The location is great visually, the place is clean, and the staff are friendly. The bed feels a bit small for two. There’s noise from the track on the property, unfortunately it’s audible.
