The property sits in a very good spot and offers many tours for tourists, but the cave room is very humid, windowless, and a bit dirty.

The staff were very nice and always helpful, the breakfast was good, and the location was very good, only downside being a bit of street light at night.

The spot is convenient, the room is spacious with a roomy terrace and the staff are friendly. Breakfast was decent and we never felt hungry. The room felt stuffy and damp, the fan didn’t help, making it hard to sleep at night. The bathroom lacked shelves and towel hooks.

The young man at the front desk really made our stay. He was very kind, accommodating and helpful, even letting us use his bathroom in the staff room when we came to collect our bags at the end of the day after we checked out. The rooms were brand new, modern and spotless when we checked in, with comfy beds and good facilities. Especially appreciated the complimentary breakfast. Would stay again :) Everything was perfect apart from the fact that our room got very hot and the windows couldn’t be opened partially without shutting. We would have opened them fully but our rooms were on the corridor to the hotel entrance so we didn’t want to be looked in on. This would have also made it very noisy.
