“Primera mala experiencia utilizando el servicio de booking”

When we arrived they said we had no reservation and only gave us a one‑night stay until I showed them the confirmation email from Booking, then they tried to charge more than the app had set; after showing the email they finally accepted the correct amount. On weekends the property is rented to an evangelical church and the whole day is filled with their services. I didn’t like anything: the room was dark, and someone kept knocking on the door at 6:30 am just to bother us.

The staff were friendly, the price was good, and it was on Santander’s main street with free indoor parking; we could bring our small dog without extra cost. They turned off the water at night, and being on Santander meant loud street noise, though that wasn’t the hotel’s fault. We had to move cars out of the parking lot because we were parked there.
