The location is perfect and the view is excellent. The entrance is very inconvenient. The elevator stops short of the top floor, so you have to haul suitcases up. The room lighting is dim and the outlets are poorly placed, making it hard to work.

The view is nice. I would not recommend this place. The hotel isn’t listed anywhere before or inside the building. Some rooms are filthy, with dirt under the mattress and stains on it. Every night was noisy because people talked at the reception or slammed doors, and it’s extremely sound‑permeable. At 03:19 a.m. we heard a key in our door and were startled. It’s hard to find your room when there are only 4–5 rooms. The hair dryer didn’t work. Breakfast was the bare minimum and left us hungry. The staff member at the side table was watching loud phone videos. The roof terrace was under construction, and the breakfast room felt very makeshift. Wi‑Fi is terrible and many apps don’t work because the connection is slow.

The room I stayed in was clean, had a private small terrace, and a large TV room with neon lights—apparently a special setup. It’s very central, and there’s a big common terrace with a nice city view. The room is on the last floor, reached by a 16‑floor elevator and then a ramp of stairs. The bar area was nice but unstaffed. The staff were kind but seemed inexperienced.

Breakfast was good. When I texted about early check‑in, they said it would be fine if the room was available. But when I arrived, they asked for extra payment. Apart from that, everything was fine.
